We all have some behaviours that we’ve tried to let go of but might seem hard to. I

believe our reactions to issues can directly or indirectly have a huge impact on our lifestyle. It’s easy for our minds to misunderstand or misinterpret situations if not properly managed.

Some toxic behaviours that cut across all aspects of life include:

  • Being too needy 
  • Blaming others 
  • Negativity 
  • Pride
  • Overreacting 
  • Impatience 
  • Jealousy and envy 
  • Greed
  • Holding grudges 
  • Lack of self love
  • Creating drama

It’s important to understand that we might be so quick to point fingers at those we think exhibit some toxic behaviours but we should be aware of the ones we have in order to put ourselves in check.
