Hey guys, welcome back to my channel *err blog*; it’s been a minute! I have a lot to tell you in the coming days. Firstly, I moved from the UAE to the UK a few days ago, and though I have mixed feelings about my experience in Middlesbrough so far, I know I will fully adjust to the weather, change of environment, and the ‘manual’ lifestyle here.
Well, I will focus on the positive and enjoy the town.
Secondly, y’all know I enjoy going to the parks or at least walking by one, so today, I walked by Middlesbrough centre square fountain park. When I saw this park, I immediately felt a connection because it reminded me of Silicon Oasis North Park, Dubai; the automated fountain, tranquil scenery, and proximity to the mall- Cleveland Centre.
I’m glad I walk by the Middlesbrough centre fountain park because it gave me a feeling of Dubai (I am still homesick, tbh).
Moving on, the park is close to Cleveland Centre, Teesside Magistrate Court, the Middleborough Metro *oh, I mean train station, if you know, you know* and the bus station. Compared to some of the parks I have seen, this park is an excellent place to chill and view the town. It is one of the places I will go to whenever I want to feel close to home.
Timings: 24/7.
Location: Albert Road, Middlesbrough TS1 2QJ
In summary, there are no facilities for kids, and it is not gated, but who cares about that when all you want to do is take a nice walk before grabbing some of your faves from Cleveland centre?
So, that’s it, guys; I will continue to share my experience with you, so stay tuned.
If you’ve visited this park, what was your experience?
A very lovely post with great insights❤️. Love u my sweet child ❤️. Keep adding value👍

[…] The recreational parks in some neighbourhoods in Dubai are ungated, small, and have few facilities for kids; this is the same in Teesside. […]
