I recently embarked on a ‘walk to remember’ because it was a 2-hour walk from Dubai Marina Walk to JBR beach via Hilton the walk; the last time I did such was in 2020. It was a pleasant way to start my day because I left the house at 5:30 a.m. and got to Dubai Marina at 7 a.m.
Although I have been to Dubai Marina Walk, this felt different because I went in the morning and stayed for a while. The view during the day is incredible.
These days, I have been going on adventure walks because a change of scenery is therapeutic and motivates me to walk even more. The plan was to walk from the metro station to Dubai Marina walk and then to JBR Beach. I knew this plan would require lots of energy, so I prepared before heading out.
The journey from Dubai Marina Walk to JBR Beach.
- I Stopped at Sobha Realty Metro Station on the Red Line and walked passed the tram station to the metro exit for the longer route. On the contrary, you could exit the metro station from the tram station for a shorter route and follow the path on google maps from Marina Walk to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah
- The beach was a stone’s throw away from Hilton Dubai.
- The aim wasn’t to have fun at the beach but rather to enjoy the process of getting there, weird, right? I know 🙂
Tips to make the walk less daunting.
- Getting to JBR beach from the Dubai Marina Walk is easy, as long as you are prepared for the walk.
- There are groceries and restaurants along the way, in case you need a boost.
- Dont forget to take these: Water, a face towel, a wearable sports fan, and earbuds.
- There are several things to do close to JBR beach, for instance:
Dine at the beachfront and rooftop restaurants.
Flying Cup.
Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel.
- Things to do in the Dubai Marina include Yacht Cruise with Buffet Dinner, Rooftop restaurants, Shopping at the Dubai Marina Mall, Xline Zipline, and 3D Blacklight Minigolf.
- The favorable times to visit the Dubai Marina Walk are during the day as it will be less crowded and at night because the weather will be friendly.
- There are Lots of “insta-worthy” spots on the way from the marina walk to JBR beach.
- When you are tired, you can rest in any sitting area, from the Dubai Marina Walk to Hilton Dubai The Walk.
