Hey fam, it’s the weekend again!! I know you’ve got lots of plans, but if you are like me that rarely get busy during the weekends you might want to take this post seriously :). I wanted to publish this post about movies last week however, for a good reason, I couldn’t do that, therefore, I saved it for this weekend.
I must fulfill my task; say no to procrastination!
Anyway, this post is about the funny, suspense-filled, emotional movies you need to see this weekend or when you’ve got time.
I have put together a list of exciting movies on Netflix based on what I think ‘exciting movies’ should be. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy watching them.
I am a comedy and suspense freak; anything that makes me laugh or chew on whatever I am eating so hard because of the suspense, count me in.
Speaking of counting, if you were to ask how many movies I have seen between 2020 and now, I won’t be able to give a number. Don’t judge me :).
Since you are polite enough to read that last statement without imagining all I do is see movies (of course not), I will share the list of movies below. I also included the genres, year of release, and some ways to enjoy the movies/series to the post. At least, that is my way of sharing a bit of what I like about the movies without spoiling it.

Phew!! Those are my recommendations for you. Why 18 movies? I think the number is cute 🙂
Which of the movies have you seen?
If you love this blog, kindly share the posts with your friends and loved ones. It will mean a lot to me to know your thoughts in the comments. Love, Grace
Nice! Thanks dear for these recommendations. I’ve seen just 4 of the 18, (Instant family, blood sisters, the unforgivable and the prophetess) but I’ll love to see the others because they look interesting. I often judge movies by their “covers” 😂 maybe that’s why I haven’t seen so many, but I’ld try to be more open minded.🌝 Good one dear 👍
Thanks dear!! I also judge movies based on the covers and cast. I had to push myself to watch some of these movies then I ended up liking them. You should see rattlesnake, darlings, and maid immediately!! 🙂
