When I saw a clip of Legion on Instagram, I knew I had to watch the full movie. After completing my night task, I settled down to watch this long-anticipated movie. At first, I thought it would be scary (I don’t fancy watching horror films), but it wasn’t; rather, it was an emotional Christian movie with a few comedy scenes.

The movie is about a young man who battles for the …… Nah!! I won’t reveal anything about the movie, but I know it is worth watching :). Legion was written and directed by Damilola Mike-Bamiloye (whose birthday is today, BTW), while Joshua Mike-Bamiloye, played the lead role in the movie. They are both sons of the Founder and President of Mount Zion Faith Ministries and Mount Zion Television, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye.

The last time I saw a movie they both starred in was a few years ago. They are incredible actors!

I won’t reveal the vital details, but overall it was enlightening, encouraging and needed for the soul. The movie reinforced the importance of parental care.

As parents, we should never allow our emotions to get the better part of us. Making decisions out of anger could lead to an adverse impact on children. Also, we should never stop praying for our children. Additionally, we shouldn’t trivialize ambiguous dreams. Finally, choose your friends wisely; not all that glitters is gold.

Overall, the quality of the film was superb, the soundtrack was incredible, the actors played convincing roles, and the film had the perfect length.
