My time in Ghana was quite interesting, even though there were really strange and tough

times. Luckily there was a mall just a stone throw away from the hotel – the Marina Mall Accra. I was a frequent visitor, so I am sure they noticed my absence when I left the country. At first, I thought it would look like the Dubai Marina Mall, but when I got there, something about it reminded me of Jabi Lake Mall and Silverbird Galleria in Nigeria (I still can’t figure it out🤭). My favourite outlets are Marina supermarket- a one-stop-shop for my everyday needs ( I particularly enjoyed their butter bread), and numero uno. I wanted to take my son to the kid’s play area, but it was closed.

Disclaimer: This post is solely based on my experience in Accra, if your experience is quite different, kindly share it with us in the comment section.

Marina mall is situated near Kotoka Airport, Accra, and hotels such as Holiday Inn, Ibis Style, and Marriott. The mall can easily be reached from all sides of the city. There are various outlets and mall-kiosks across the three floors, including designer fashion brands, a big supermarket, a technology-store-cum-pharmacy and a food court.

Before I visited the mall, I couldn’t find substantial information about the outlets in the mall. I love being prepared 🙂  After visiting, I decided to write about it for your convenience.
