Let me guess, when you saw the blog title “Dubai Digital Park,” you thought this was a post on one of the recreational parks in Dubai, right? That was exactly what I thought when I heard about Dubai digital park.
Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. According to www.dsoa.ae, Dubai’s first smart city offers residents and business owners an ultramodern lifestyle. It is the ultimate business and living environment with its incredible mix of signature office buildings, cutting-edge hotel and business centers, contemporary apartments, and superb shopping, dining, and entertainment.
I saw the direction to digital park a few months ago but didn’t have the time to visit. Then one night, I dreamt of the park; I guess that happened because it was on my mind before I slept.
I eventually went to the technology park a month later, and it looked exactly like what I saw in my dream. However, I couldn’t stay long, but I knew I would come back to hang out in some of the fancy/cool spots I saw.
Yesterday, was the perfect day to visit digital park because I was bored at home and used the opportunity to burn some calories.
Firstly, I received a warm reception at the souvenirs restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the ambiance to the reception of the servers. I promised to tag them on social media, so guys, if you are in Silicon Oasis, don’t forget to stop by Souvenir Restaurant for a treat.
Besides the restaurants and lounge in Dubai Digital Park, there’s an excellent spot with a fountain adjacent to the Grand Beirut restaurant, perfect for watching the sunset.
What else makes Dubai Digital Park special?
- It is a smart city located in silicon oasis, a community in Dubai.
- The Residential and commercial properties have innovative technologies that cover every aspect of water, electrical analysis, air quality, and natural emergency sensors.
- Various amenities such as a shopping center (Carrefour), restaurants, cafés, fitness centers, running tracks, cycling trails, nursery, and underground parking are large enough to accommodate more than 2,000 cars.
- Many outdoor sitting areas are strategically located close to the cafe, lake, restaurants, etc.
- Smart/plug-and-play Offices
- Raddison red hotel is a 4-star hotel that has 112-rooms and suites and 59 apartments with amenities such as a rooftop bar and pool, a fitness center, and an event space.
- The smart city has a creative co-working space: Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre (Dtec).
