Welcome to another recipe episode, fam! Today, I’ll be sharing one of the most intriguing meals I made recently. I call it daring because I have never eaten boiled Cassava. Yesterday, I decided to cook cassava pottage mixed with sweet potatoes (fried) and beef sauce. At first, I was sceptical about how it would taste, but as I was cooking, I knew I was doing the right thing. Once it was ready, I knew it would be one of my favourite meals. Trust me; this is a recipe for a good day!

This somewhat tastes better than the traditional Nigerian Yam Pottage, in my opinion.

To have a taste of this delicious cassava pottage, you’ll need the following ingredients.
